Chrissy is a highly motivated professional with experience in human resources, business planning and writing, marketing, people management and effective strategy planning to build business, culture, develop people and drive excellence in business performance.
QUALIFIED
Chrissy holds a BA in Community Development (Deakin University) - a degree that focuses on the impact of society, politics and economics on different people and the surrounding psychological and sociological issues; a Diploma of Social Science and a Certificate in Management (Melbourne Business School). Training in Operational, Project Management, and Facilitation enables the capability to design and implement people programs, facilitate challenging discussions and lead people through developmental opportunities.
EXPERIENCE
Experience has been built in the private and public sector with organisations requiring the development of new business functional areas, change management programs and new performance frameworks that connect people and engage.
